Celebrate from anywhere with a Honeybear Social Ship-to-Home Party! We carefully package and deliver everything you need straight to your door—plush bears, stuffing, t-shirts, and all the essentials. Each child gets their own complete kit, making it easy to create a fun, hands-on experience at your own pace. Perfect for birthdays, virtual celebrations, or sending a little extra magic from afar. If your celebration is on a shorter timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Event Changes Date changes may be made up to 30 days prior to your event, subject to availability. Requests made within 30 days of the event will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Guest Count & Add-Ons Final guest count is due 14 days prior to your event to ensure sufficient materials and staffing. Additional guests, time, or accessories requested on the event date will be accommodated based on availability and will incur additional charges. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to the start time. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, or cash. If full payment is not received prior to the end of the event, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Travel Events outside of our standard service area will be subject to an additional travel fee. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Photos & Media: We may capture photos or short videos during setup or the event for promotional use, including social media and marketing materials. We will not capture or publish identifiable images of children’s faces without explicit permission. By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Clients may opt out of any photography or recording by notifying us in advance. Supervision Requirement For all events involving minors, a responsible adult must be present at all times to supervise participants. Grand Little Party Co. staff may be present to facilitate the activity but are not responsible for supervising children or managing behavior. Liability Waiver By booking this event, the client acknowledges and agrees that participation in party activities, including stuffing and handling materials, involves inherent risks. Grand Little Party Event Co. shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during the event. Materials used during the event may include polyester fiber, fabrics, and small accessories, which may pose choking hazards or trigger allergic reactions. The client assumes full responsibility for: Informing guests of potential risks and allergens Monitoring participants, especially young children Ensuring safe use of all materials Property & Damages The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable event space. Grand Little Party Co. is not responsible for any damage to the client’s property.
